You don't really have an interview process. Its more of meeting the requirements, which includes an associate degree or equivalent amount of credits. Pass background check fingerprint and paying the $125 for the certificate

all you have to do is filled out some paperwork and registered with the state (it's pretty easy). You have to prove that you have completed at least 60 credits in a university or college and then do some fingerprint and background check.
