Two easy steps interview, its cheap company and not complicated at all, first group interview and second one is in person interview and reference check then you start, that's all they do. Sometime if they need somebody they hire them right away because they need them.

How can you sense the mood of the customer you are dealing with?
Give me an example of a time where you have successfully handled an irate customer?
The customer is pointing out a big mistake with their order, what do you do?
