Applied for a role, exchanged emails with the HR rep and sent in my application materials (they made me fill out information in a PDF file and email it back, talk about old school and low-tech, coming from a company supposedly doing "cutting edge" work), and was promptly ghosted.
Was then (a month or so later) invited to interview for a DIFFERENT role, I thought sure why not, maybe this will redeem them. Had an interview with the hiring manager, and was once again promptly ghosted even with follow up emails to the HR rep AND the hiring manager... This is a disrespectful level of ghosting - expect bad business practices if you get involved with them - which is sad since their technology seemed cool.
