Rotary Engineering Project Engineer interview questions

HR personnel called me from Malaysia. We agreed for online interview with project manager and it took place and ended well. After 2 weeks another HR personnel from Singapore called for interview with GM. I thought it was second round and took it and it went well too. After that the same HR personnel called me to attend an interview for the third time for different role. I questioned about the past two interviews and she didn't know about the first interview at all. I figured out that communication within the department is very poor and that all they are interested is to get some locals to attend the interview and cross the barrier.

Attended 2 interviews back to back in 14 days time. Interview went very well which made me believe that I’m going to be selected. Weeks passed no call came. I wrote to them asking for the outcome which was not replied either. I think they are interviewing Singaporeans for record only. It’s a paradox.....
