Rotary Program Specialist interview questions

I had 3 interviews: 1) a basic, 30-minute HR interview; 2) an hour-long one-on-one interview with the supervisor of the position; and 3) a panel interview- 30 minutes with the team and 30 minutes with the supervisor's manager. Up until the end, it seemed to be a decent experience. But, after 3 interviews and reaching out to follow-up, Rotary never responded. Very unprofessional and rude to stop communicating with job candidates who have already dedicated a good chunk of their time to the process. It takes 2 minutes to send out an email informing candidates of their status.
