It was a 3 interview process but they scheduled the interviews within a week of each other so that the process wasn’t dragged out.
Interview 1: Interview with the Branch Manager. Mine spent time talking about the values and culture of the company and took the time to get to know me.
Interview 2: Interview with the Branch Manager and Regional Leader. This was more detailed. We discussed metrics and the KPIs I met at my former agency.
Interview 3: Culture Interview with Branch Manager and another company employee. They ask how you will enliven the company values and a lot of questions about your values.
