      Ambassador Interview

      15 Dec 2014
      Anonymous employee
      Atlanta, GA
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Roth Staffing (Atlanta, GA)

      Interview

Ultimate staffing pretty much hires you on the spot. They try to bring in as much possible clients because they know that the clients on their current job assignment has quit! They need someone to fill that "gap" as soon as possible. They may possibly send you to an interview for the potential job assignment you will be working but it's bogus. They just wanna see what you look like they know you're hired before you even walk in because the staffing agency should have already interviewed you and the assignment company is not paying you to work for them.

      Ambassador Interview

      23 Mar 2018
      Anonymous employee
      Cerritos, CA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Roth Staffing (Cerritos, CA)

      Interview

The interview process is short and to the point. My recruiter told me more about what the company does, what my role would be, and how we could tailor things to help move me in the direction I wanted to go. She was quick to pick up on my interests, and she immediately sought to know more about me as an individual rather than just a drone worker; but perhaps the most interesting thing about the interview was that she made it comfortable and didn't make it feel like there was a "right" answer. It was really like two people talking rather than a dehumanizing interrogation.
