Rothamsted Research interview questions

I had an online interview with 3 interviewers of varying importance within the company, very friendly and made me feel valued. There were no unexpected questions and the interview felt more like a conversation than an interrogation.

The interviewers were very positive and supportive and questions were fair. Some technical questions were asked, but not too complicated. I personally did not perform so well, but the process itself was positive. The only negative aspect is the "ghosting" that came after the interview with no response for 2 months now, so no possibility on getting interview feedback.
