I applied for the role then received a call from the recruitment team inviting me for a face to face interview with two members of the L&D team. The interview was fine, the questions asked were based on the role, what I know about it, questions about myself etc. I had made sure to research the company and know the role before applying so make sure to do that. I didn’t get the role, I was informed over a week later with a phone call. I was able to receive feedback which was good, although I thought what I was told sounded contradictory.
