I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Round Table Promotions (Dayton, OH) in Nov 2015
Interview
The entire interview process was misleading. First of all, they try to convince you that they're a brand new marketing start-up on their website even though they're actually part of a larger, pyramid scheme-like system. Secondly, they constantly put up ads for a variety of different "entry-level" positions requiring no experience, which is a complete bait-and-switch. I'm under the impression that no matter what you apply for, everyone is interviewed for the same job: a door-to-door salesperson with no base pay and zero benefits. After a quick one-on-one interview with the "CEO", I was invited back for a second interview where they wasted 2 hours of my time vaguely talking around what it is they do (I'm honestly still not clear on this) while lecturing me about marketing. It was a tough interview only in that it was so irrelevant to the job that you couldn't have prepared for it. Please do not apply to this company. The whole thing reeks of a scam that takes advantage of people without the self-confidence to turn down an immediate offer.

Question 1
If you could meet any 3 people alive or dead, who would you choose and why?

Interview
This was the worst interview experience I've ever had. DO NOT APPLY HERE. They try to sell you on running your own business and learning marketing tactics in the business to business world but really it's 100% commission, about 60 hours a week, and you're "estimated" to make 400-600 dollars per week. They lead you to believe that they're a marketing and promotions company for large corporations but what they really do is door to door sales. Large companies outsource these employees to sell their products to territories which they can not reach out to. 300 plus leads of people's residences in which you are expected to hit 50 per day. 50 people's HOMES per day. And only sign up 1-3 per day. You don't get salary until you're a manager and you spend no time in the office at all. The interviewer had a terrible attitude. He acts like he's better than you, when in reality he's a theatre major. This entire company is a scam. They don't even ask you questions relevant to obtaining a job. Epic waste of time. Go somewhere else.

Interview
Walked in rap music playing, filled out application. Interviewed with receptionist and CEO who didn't introduce himself, and was very sarcastic. Also gave vague detail about the position and had little humor to himself
