You will arrive with others and be seated in a common conference room until someone is able to give a company overview and a tour of the office. After the tour you will be sent to your own conference room where different employees of varying degrees will come in to interview you. Some questions will overlap, assuming that each interviewer doesn't know every question asked by others. Even with this, each interviewer is given a main subject to speak with you about, including things like traveling for the job to complete tasks given. Aside from one very interesting and charismatic employee, I was very comfortable with everyone I spoke with, including Derek Drayer.
One warning I will give is this entire process spanned 4-5 hours for myself and around the same for others I knew also interviewing with the company. Beverages and small snacks were offered at different times, but no meal was offered, so by the very end of my interview I was very hungry. Other than that, it was a good experience.
