Interview took close to an hour but to honest it really didn’t feel like it was progress going on. The answers to my questions were not really conclusive. And when I spoke about my projects, it felt like I was talking about information that was way beyond their understanding and capabilities.

Interviewed with 4 people back to back. 20 minutes for each individual. Overall not too difficult, mainly asked behavioral questions as well as talked about my experience. Interview was pretty easy in general.

It was one two 45 minute interviews back to back on site. It was a casual environment, but still professional. They seemed to value curiosity and technical process control system experience.

Interview
Was not a technical interview. Had to meet one on one with about 4 different engineers. I am an electrical engineering major and it seems like this location has mostly chemical engineering majors and the main focus of this division is in pharmaceutical development. There was one of the interviewers who met with me on zoom which seemed like a manager or something. He was the only person I didn’t click with. He didn’t seem all that interested especially since he didn’t bother showing up in the office. The rest of the interviews were a pleasure to talk with. They were engaging and helped answer my questions.
