Interview
The school principal and AP interviewed me and it was pleasant. They were professional and accommodating. They were wonderful leaders who showed care towards the entire staff. They asked relevant questions and provided some ice breakers but pretty much wanted to see if the person they hired shared the same values as them which I'd strongly agree with.

I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Rowan-Salisbury School System (Salisbury, NC) in Dec 2016
Interview
The initial process for becoming a principal was not very engaging in that it was a sit and get interview like traditionally done. The second interview is a one on one with the superintendent that goes for a long time where she rambles on for a while and intermittently asks questions.
