How I have worked with employees to encourage engagement
I was given a 3-hour window for an initial phone interview, which seemed very unusual (perhaps the hiring manager intended to give a more specific time but forgot). I spent a good deal of time preparing for the interview and cleared the morning from 9am-noon. But the call never came, and I haven't received any follow up communication. I would recommend that Human Resources play a role in the recruitment process to ensure the company is represented in a positive light.
