It was not very difficult. They called right away and called me for an interview. The interview was more on the relaxed side but very professional. Anna asked me questions that were very relevant.

Easy, breezy, beautiful lol. It was over the phone which was convenient given I live on a mountain. My interviewer was clearly reading a prompt but he was nice and helpful.

Something like what’s the hardest thing you have done? I forget the actual question.
Interview was dynamic and helpful. It was thorough. I was challenged with questions of why I wanted to become an EMT and why for Royal? My interviewer was enjoyable and kind. Really wanted to get to know me and what my career goals were.

The interview process was easy going and a comfortable process, none of the questions seemed hard to answer and allowed myslef to answer them in my own way to describe myhself and allowed me to talk how my attributes will benefit royal.
