HR contacted via Linked in, asked couple of questions like visa status, location and salary etc. and then I had 1st interview. It took about a month to get the result.

HR take inview through phone and ask the experience of mortgage. Then HR make an appointment for in person interview. For this in person interview, manager will ask some questions. For example, how long you are in line for this work, what is the difficultly situation in your career and how you solve it.
