The interview process took a total of approximately 3 months from the phone screening to receiving an offer for employment. The phone screening consisted of general questions (education and employment history, why I left my previous jobs and why I wanted to work for Royal Canin, etc...Then there was a face-to-face interview with the manager of my department in which more in-depth questions were asked regarding my knowledge of pet nutrition, technical experience...Finally, there was a third interview with the Director of Corporate Affairs that consisted of more personality-based questions ("tell me about a time when you didn't get along with a co-worker and how you solved the problem...). About 3 weeks after the final interview, I received my offer letter.
