Easy, they talk to you. Ask you normal questions, not the "Describe a time when you felt frustrated in a work situation" crap. It was refreshing. The management is awesome and made it very comfortable in the process. They where quick with a response and I knew that day that I had gotten the job.

It was a pretty relaxed interview. They were friendly and easy to talk to. Didn't feel nervous, like I was talking to a peer not so much interview like. Asked your typical interview questions.
