      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Royal Caribbean Group in Dec 2025

      Interview

I applied in November 2025, had my first interview in December. It seemed to be progressing well, after the interview with the hiring manager I was asked to work on a case study. Because of the holidays and scheduling, the process was delayed. Just a couple days before my case study presentation, I was given additional information on the case study (after already spending hours on this study). The presentation consisted of 20 mins to present, and then 20 mins for a Q&A. The HM’s Manager was also on the call, but did not introduce themselves (the HM was introducing them on their HM’s behalf, which I thought was strange). I progressed to the final interview, and thought it went pretty well. This was at the end of January 2026, and I waited several weeks for an update. I hadn’t received any feedback regarding my case study at this point, and was just told that the team was still in the interview stages. I was informed that I’d get feedback on my case study as well. I sent an email to the hiring team after a couple months of no updates to share that I understand the team may have gone a different direction, but as a finalist candidate, communication is important to receive. I never received a response to my last email. In April 2026, I got an automatic email rejection for the role. I was pretty surprised given the company’s brand recognition, that the TA process resulted the way it did.
