The interview process was lengthy, spanning from early December to late February. It involved multiple rounds, including behavioral interviews with senior leaders like the SD of Corp Strategy and case study. In the end I had 5 interviews total. While the conversations were engaging and insightful, the long timeline and lack of communication between rounds made the process feel drawn out. Ultimately, receiving a generic, automated rejection email after months of interviews was disappointing and felt impersonal given the level of investment in the process.
