I was scheduled for an interview at 3 PM, and I arrived at 2:45 PM as requested. I waited in the lobby, but by 3:15 PM, no one had arrived or informed me about any delays. I reached out to HR via message to confirm whether the interview would proceed as planned or if it was delayed. Unfortunately, I received no response and eventually left the location at 3:30 PM after waiting without any updates. HR only got back to me about an hour later. This experience was disappointing and reflected a lack of communication and respect for my time. Timely communication would have made a big difference in the overall experience
