As the Dir. of Human Resources I want to first apologize to the candidate who wrote this review, as well as thank them for their feedback. The interview process is our first opportunity to make a great impression regarding the culture of the company. While there are testing policies that we use to determine aptitude for passing the Federal Exam we also know that there are intangibles such as personality, prior experience, competitiveness and drive that go into being a successful Loan Advisor. On behalf of the company, I am sorry that you left feeling like we didn't take the time to look at those other attributes.
Finally, it's this type of critical feedback that helps us to grow and improve our process.
