You will initially speak with a recruiter who will conduct a phone interview. You will also go through an online quiz that will test your IQ and personality. Following that, they will set you up for an in person interview. This interview lasted approximately 90 minutes. They will ask you a lot of tough questions.

Very easy there was a quick over the phone call going over personal details. Then two in person interviews. very easy questions although they do hide the fact its a call center and you will be cold calling 500 people a day.

First initial phone calls with higher up went extremely well. He was very helpful and seemed to think I was a good fit. They ran credit/background and I moved on to interview on camera with Jessica…. Somehow I didn’t make a good impression. She wasn’t even dressed professional whatsoever. I should have worn a T-shirt to match her instead of getting all dressed up.
