First interview took place over the phone with a very young HR rep - turns out I was older than him. Broke down the salary immediately and after 2 - 3 minutes of light conversation - was offered a time to come in. You need to take a SPELLING test of a press release upon arrival - extremely easy but brush up. After meeting him - I moved onto a mid level HR rep - who both seemed very enthusiastic. Simple questions - why do you like PR? Why Rubenstein? Talents etc etc. They call some of your references so be prepped for that. Office culture is very 1950's - everyone in suits - very old executives with very young assistants. I left the company after 7 months.

Met with HR 2x and took a writing test. Did not get a chance to meet with anyone else. Writing test was pretty easy, and you take it in the reception area.
