Simple enough. I was only one meeting with the Chief Curator who was focused on detailed art history knowledge. They did not give me a good overview of the position. Then it took them 2 months to send me a letter of employment.

I had a phone interview with the person that the job was reporting to and then had to submit an assignment. Then I was brought into the Museum for an interview with members of the team. The next step would have been an interview with leadership.
