I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Rubrik (San Jose, CA) in July 2018
Interview
I was referred by a current employee but never heard from anyone, so I reached out to the Talent Acquisition team via email. I provided a brief overview of my background and why I was interested in Rubrik, and included that I was open to relocating to the HQ office. I received a response several days later (they had misspelled my name and most of the email) and asked if I'd be open to relocating. While I already shared that I could relocate, I confirmed that I could move asap and provided my availability for a phone call. No response. I followed up about a week later via phone, but again, no response. I understand if the team didn't think I was a fit based on my experience and skills, however their lack of professionalism was disappointing. It takes a minute to place a call or respond to an email. If this is how candidates are treated, then I can only imagine how clients/customers are treated.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Rubrik

Recruiter, Hiring manager, Senior department manager, regional manager

Not too slow but not too pushy
