I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Rubrik
Interview
The interview process from being contacted by the HR and to setting up the call was good.
However, the interviewer had no respect for time and seemed to be very busy engrossed in his own duties and responsibilities rather than focusing on the interview.
First of all the person was late by 10m, made me believe whether I should leave the call/meeting now, tried contacting HR, but then suddenly boom he joined!
There were multiple pauses during the interview where he had to take care of his work.
Well, if I am taking time off from my own busy schedule to give time for the interview and focus on it, I believe the interviewer should also be doing the same.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Rubrik (Bengaluru) in June 2025
Interview
A great company and the interview is very indepth and technical questions. If you know linux well you can surely crack the interview. HR is very professional and they dont ghost you after interview, you do receive a feedback.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Rubrik (Bengaluru) in Aug 2023
Interview
3 Rounds with Application based questions. Technical rounds were about troubleshooting Linux / performance errors and failures. A bit of scripting was asked as well. If you are not prepared well, you possibly won’t get through.
The great thing was they asked me stuff that was on my resume, not what they expected me to know.
