Rubrik Technical Support Engineer interview questions

Four rounds were there ( There can be only first three rounds only with third and fourth round combined) First Round: Shortlisting based on resume. Second Round: Aptitude round Third Round: Interview Round Fourth Round: HR/Managerial Round

I want to describe it as a fun ride. The interviewers were friendly and it's more of a friendly discussion which I had rather than a technical interview. The manager round was an untrustworthy one because the promises and the vision he tried explaining were not convincing. It was 4 rounds of interviews and the manager is the one who coordinated most of the process. Finally, I have asked for any references and I provided a few as well. Fortunately one of the candidates I referred also got selected.I accepted the offer letter as soon as they sent it and the manager has reached out to us because they wanted to reduce the bonus percentage after the offer letter is released. A new offer letter with the corrected details has been released later on. We did not expect this from a reputed organization like Rubrik and that shows the culture this company is building.
