Slow moving. This process took well over a month before I saw an offer letter. Phone interview, face to face, drug test and background check. Pretty typical just very labored and slow moving process.

Interview
After applying, I received a phone call for an interview within a few days. Went for the first interview and it was not very long but informative. Learned about the position and training process. Was asked fairly easy questions and was able to ask questions. Also was giving suggestions for next interview.

Interview
There is an assessment test online of 80 questions that you take first. If that go's well,
the first interview is with Human Resources for about 20 minutes over the phone. If that interview go's well, then you are referred to the General manager of the restaurant for a second interview. A background check is performed between interviews.

Interview
It was a tedious process. They lost my paperwork in the midst and it needed to be completed again. They were unorganized but very lenient throughout process. Those who handled the interview were not the decision makers and I did not feel confident they knew what they were doing.
