Applied online at Laguna Beach. Heard back next day and interviewed with 2 managers. Quick and easy process. Super friendly. They asked my availability, how long I planned on staying, and why I wanted to work at ruby's.

They ask for your availability and theyre pretty flexible with time off if needed with atleast 2 weeks in advance
They ask if you have experience with customer service
Because they pride themselves in that
To them that is what is most important and customer satisfaction
