Three rounds of interviews. An initial interview with their EVP. He then forward me to the Partners. Then others who would work with me/supervise me interviewed me. Fairly standard interview. Very informal and they stated they wanted it to be that way. They spoke about the importance of someone fitting in because staff spends so much time together.
