My interview experience was disappointing from the start. The process seemed unprepared and lacked structure, which made the conversation feel disjointed. For example, the first question I was asked was “Why are you applying?”, but there was no introduction or context given, so I had to step back and guide the flow myself.
The call overall lacked direction, and I didn’t feel they had a strong grasp of the role or were able to engage meaningfully. Instead, much of the focus was on the fact that I live outside London, which was surprising given I had applied fully aware of the commute and am comfortable with it.
Unfortunately, the experience left me with a negative impression.
Thank you for your review and for sharing your interview experience with us. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that the process felt unstructured and left you with a negative impression. Our interviews are designed to assess both role alignment and practical considerations, such as location and commute, which is why these topics were raised during your call. That said, we truly appreciate your feedback and will review how we can improve the structure and flow of our conversations to ensure candidates feel supported and engaged throughout.
Best,
