Don’t bother applying for anything other than a sales job. I applied for a corporate trainer position and was contacted to set up an interview less than a week later. I was told the CEO would be interviewing me. When I arrived someone else , not the CEO, talked to me. He told me about the sales positions. When I said I thought I was interviewing for a trainer job he said everyone starts in sales. I stopped the interview at that point. I believe the job postings for anything other than sales with this company are misleading.

The interview was straightforward and had a lot of conversation. The interviewer really seemed like they wanted to get to know me which was good because I think it says something about their culture. Seems like a pretty young company.
