The interview process involved 5 stages: 1. Initial call with a Recruiter 2. Live coding session 3. System design session 4. Virtual on-site (4 "mini" interviews with different members of the team) 5. Call with senior leadership team The whole process was incredibly efficient - despite there being several stages, from first interview to offer took less than two weeks. Lauren and Ingrid were super communicative and kept me in the loop at every stage, despite this taking place over the Christmas holiday. Please don't be put off by the number of stages involved, interviewing at Runway is not a drawn out process, and I came away from the experience feeling like I could make an informed decision as to whether I'd enjoy working there.
