They look for academic performance and breadth of experience and interests (work, volunteer, leadership, etc.). They also want evidence that you’ve researched the firm and are genuinely interested in their work

Interview with one HR person and one senior lawyer/partner. Lots of behavioural questions (such as tell us a situation where circumstances changed and you had to adapt). Overall experience was not too bad and they were very friendly.
