I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Russell Tobin (San Mateo, CA) in Feb 2013
Interview
Comfortable and reassuring. I was extremely passive at the time but during each conversation with RTA, it became apparently clear that this is a unique organization that recognized the value in the investments they make in their people and it would be foolish to pass up.

Interview
3-4 Interviews (I don't really remember.) It was an initial phone screen with someone from the Talent Acquisition team at Russell Tobin, then 2 video call interviews with my higher ups on the team I would be working on, and lastly an onsite interview with people from the office.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Russell Tobin in Oct 2021
Interview
I had four different interviews with people for an Associate Recruiter position. After completing the final interview, I was never contacted again despite reaching out. This was surprising due to the amount of time I spent interviewing and the fact they verbalized that I'd be a great fit.
In general, it was a great experience until the end when they chose to be unprofessional and never respond to an e-mail back or notify the applicants.
