Interview
Easy process. First step is a phone interview, and the second is an in person with some of the members of management. Typically about an hour long. Definitely encouraging of allowing you to just be yourself during this process.

Question 1
They ask multiple questions, but it's more so personality questions. They know our abilities for the most part before coming in. In the best way possible - it's definitely a firm belief that you can be trained the job, but cannot train personality.
