Rustic Pathways interview questions

So far it has been a video interview. They sent me a link to record responses to prompts on website, there have been 3 rounds of this. I haven’t spoken to an actual person yet though

I was asked about related experience and had to answer situational questions in regards to student safety, cultural sensitivity, and staff interactions. Interviewer was friendly and encouraging! There are multiple steps to the interview process so be sure to ask about next steps.
