Rusty Pelican interview questions

It was easy, basically just a conversation. The interview was lead by the owner of the company and it was very relaxed. She asked a few questions and then went over duties, training days, my availability and my previous work experience.

I walked in with my resume in hand and waited a full 4 (yes, four!) hours to be interviewed on a Monday. There were two 15-20 minute interviews with two different managers on two separate days. Was hired after the second interview pending on the results of a ten panel drug test.
