Interview process started of with an online application, followed by a phone interview, and then followed by a final round in their offices. Overall, the process was relatively simple and straightforward

okay. They were desperate to get an intern on board so that didn't matter. Easy interview process. they told they arent investment bank any more. they do "NICHE" conferences. They also tell you they are very backward in matters of having any software.
