Asked to come in person for first interview and to bring extensive portfolio. Was no-showed by interviewer. I was shocked. Worst recruitment experience of my career. Can't fault the institution, so much as the interviewer, but she definitely reflected poorly on Rutgers. I won't be applying to jobs here in the future.
