Initial interview was with 3 or more personnel in a virtual setting. The 2nd round was conducted with additional staff in person. The finalist round was held in person meeting with department manager virtual meeting. The meetings can last roughly 30 minutes to an hour.
I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Rutgers University (New Brunswick, NJ) in June 2017
Interview
Brief phone interview first then an in person interview with four people, 3 men 1 woman. Everyone read their questions off the same Rutgers sample interview question sheet. Even though there were four people I could tell who would ultimately decide on the candidate.
