Interview
Hiring proceeds as at any AAU university. You send in an application with your CV and statement of teaching and research interests in the fall. The search committee will wade through hundreds of applications and choose the 10-12 best for phone interviews. Then the search committee identifies the top 3-4 candidates for in-person interviews. These are usually 1.5 to 2 day interviews, where you are expected to present at least one seminar.
