Rutledge AV interview questions

Responded to an online advertisement, received a call from HR a day later with some basic screening questions including previous salary, invited to a face to face interview a couple of days later. Met with the Sales Manager and a Grad from HR, basic tell us about yourself Q&A and standard HR questions from the Grad. I got the distinct feeling during the face to face that finding someone to fit their low ball salary cap was going to be the deciding factor for them despite the role being an experienced sales position, Another issue was their website had condolence posts for several 40ish staff members who had passed away apparently from heart problems over the past couple of years suggesting that as workplace, it might be way more stressful than they were making out.
