Interview
There is a personality test and phone inteview followed by an interview with a manager, consultant, and then a principal. I though the interview process was very professional and thorough.

The most difficult question I was asked related to specific examples of situations where I worked in a team environment and how I dealt with other team members.
1 phone interview and 2 zoom interviews. Was all within a week or two. Asked mostly basic behavioral questions, and also about how I’ve utilized Excel in projects and school work.

It was a very long interview process and if spanned across 2 months long. In my opinion it should really only have been a couple interviews before they made their decision. Ryan LLC is very tedious who they pick though.

Very well organized; efficient and respectful; open-minded. The interviewer was seeking to understand me as a potential firm "asset" and there was a lot of positivity coming into and out of the company
