I only went through 1 interview with the general manager. He was very nice and it was not intimidating at all. We then took a tour of the building & he showed me around.

I was asked if I was also open to being a cashier & if I was a shy person.

Interview
Basically they ask you if you have dealt with customer service and if you know common courtesy. There is no experience required, on the job training. My interview was quick, signed some paperwork, and started the following week.

Applied online, received a call that day for interview. Had interview next day, got there 5 minutes early was told to sit down and the Manager would be right out. About 10 to 15 minutes later the Manager came out. Asked who I was and I told her my name. I know 3 of her employee's had told her I was there. As the interview went on I could clearly see that the Manager never looked at my application. When the Manager found out that I had no experience as a Server, she said that she had other interviews to do that day and didn't want to waste her time on someone that didn't have experience. (By the way there was nothing said about having experience or I wouldn't have applied) She also said that she has to give the job to someone that is more experience and "You are not it". I have never been in a interview that I was told that pretty much I was wasting the Managers time and I was not worth the time. I could tell from the time the Manager finally came out of the back to do the interview and within a minute of the interview that she really didn't even want to do the interviews. Also on the table was a stack of applications that anyone that walked pass the table could look at. Not a good thing.
