Interview
Prepare everything on the list in advance. An English test takes place first. Then you get told whether you passed and you move to a presentation, going through benefits etc. Then you have one on one interviews, this part is the longest as there is usually a lot of participants.
Very quick interview of around 6 minutes. Asked about my experiences and how I could contribute to the company, if I had any visible tattoos, if I had a velid visa or EU passport..

Il luogo del recruting day era un hotel. Dovevamo compilare un CV cabincrew e avere una nostra foto intera. La giornata è iniziata con una presentazione della compagnia. A seguire un esercizio in gruppo per valutare l'attitudine alla collaborazione e al confronto. Infine un colloquio individuale.
