Initially had phone screening with Ryder recruiter. She was pleasant and it was a straight forward conversation. She scheduled the interview herself with the hiring manager. Interviewed with team lead and logistics manager. Both asked questions, but primarily LM. The interview was mainly focused on customer service and team work. They did ask about Excel knowledge and general computer knowledge, but because they've had issues in the past regarding individuals who didn't know how to use a computer at all. Fairly straight forward interview, but I wasn't entirely positive at that time that I would get the position. The team lead that was present didn't seem very enthused. I got a response from the LM about 2-3 weeks later with an offer and then I worked with their recruiter from that point on for drug screenings etc.
