They just want to get to know you, and see what are your goals and if you are a good fit for them. They tell you about what you will be doing if you work hear the ends and outs. just a one on one interview.
Was asked basic interview questions. How long have you been driving, will you be able to work 12 to 14 hrs daily, can you drive a manual and schedule you for a drug screen and DOT physical.

The Interviewer took there time to get to know me. Gave to me a understandable, reasonable idea what is expected of me weekly. Reassured to me that when I'm driving that I'm captain of the ship.

Interview
Seamless process with recruiter and management. The entire process took about 2 weeks, as I was making a lateral transfer to a new account within Ryder network. I was able to maintain all of my benefits and seniority.
