I applied for the Compass program. First, we shot and uploaded a video. Then, a personality test, a general ability test, and a general culture test were conducted. After completing these steps, an artificial intelligence interview was conducted. The interview with human resources has not been conducted yet.

Technical interview was ok, but the HR interview with a C level executive was so annoying, patronizing, nerve-testing that I don’t think that this place could be a stable one to work. For instance, I got an offer before for someplace else at this company and I refused it, this exec asked me to “you must have wanted too much money than you **deserve** to decline that prev offer”. And also “you cannot be a project manager in future with this attitude” he said, just because I told him that work life balance in an overseas country might be hard to sustain and said this is a question mark for me.
